Right of Withdrawal

• Untouched? Full refund, every time: if no minute has run since the purchase, you get the whole amount back within fourteen days — wherever you bought from, however often.
• Your first session is free to change your mind about: bought a subscription and started at most one session with it, of up to 60 minutes? Tell us within fourteen days and you get the full amount back — no reason needed. With a credit pack the same applies as long as none of its minutes have been used. That is our own guarantee, and it is the same everywhere: the same fourteen days, wherever in the world you bought from.
• The statutory side: consumer law in the EU, the EEA and the UK provides a right of withdrawal on the same fourteen days. With a subscription, what you already used is deducted from the refund. With a credit pack it ends earlier: you agree at checkout that we start right away, so the first minute you use ends it. The details are below.
• What you used stays paid: with a subscription, the minutes you already ran are deducted from the refund. With a credit pack, the first minute ends the statutory right altogether — that is what the consent at checkout is for. Our guarantee above is separate and stays untouched either way.

Right of withdrawal

This statutory right applies if you live in the European Union, in Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway, or in the United Kingdom. Bought from anywhere else? You are covered by our money-back guarantee below — the same fourteen days, no reason needed. The sections in between describe the statutory right only.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

If you already used part of it

If you expressly asked us to begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you pay for the part already delivered.

For credit packs, the statutory right is normally gone before this point: you agree at checkout that we may begin right away, so the first minute you use ends it and nothing is refunded under it (see Early end of the right of withdrawal below). The measure below only applies where that consent was never given — then it is the minutes you used, at the pack's per-minute price. Minutes used after a purchase count against that purchase first, before any free minutes still on your account (Terms § 4) — so the first minute you use after buying is a minute you bought, and performance has begun. Our own guarantee below is separate and unaffected: one session of up to 60 minutes, within fourteen days, still gets the full amount back.

For subscriptions, it is whichever is higher: the share of the billing period that has already passed, or the minutes you actually used, priced at what those minutes would have cost you as credits — never more than the credit-pack price for that amount, and never more than you paid for the subscription. A subscription is both availability and use, and an unlimited plan delivers its value in the sessions you run, not in the days on the calendar. The remainder is refunded.

Early end of the right of withdrawal

For digital content, your right of withdrawal ends once we have begun performing the contract, after you have:

• expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period has ended, and
• confirmed your awareness that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal.

We collect both explicitly during checkout. Until you have consented, your right of withdrawal remains in full for fourteen days — even if you could already use the credit.

Both limits apply together, and 60 minutes is room for a full interview. The guarantee ends when a second session starts, and it ends if that one session runs past 60 minutes. For a credit pack it also ends as soon as any minute of the pack has been used — with a pack the minutes are the product, and once they run they are delivered (for purchases made before 17 September 2026, the earlier version applies: one session of up to 120 minutes, whatever you bought). It applies once per customer — buy again later and your statutory rights still apply in full, but this voluntary promise does not repeat.

This guarantee is voluntary and does not limit any right the law gives you, including the right of withdrawal above.
