What data Supace collects, why it needs it, and how long it is kept — for both the website and the desktop app.

The full policy is still being written and will be published before public launch. In outline, what it will cover:
Your account. Email and name, so you can sign in and we can reach you.
Your documents and interview history. The CV, job description and notes you add are used to shape your answers during a session. Sessions are stored with their question-and-answer timeline so you can review them later — and you can delete any session, any document, or your entire account yourself at any time.
Processing during a live session. Running the copilot means audio is transcribed and questions are sent to the underlying AI model. The policy will name those processors and what they receive.
