The agreement between you and Supace — what the software does, what you may use it for, and where the responsibility sits.

These terms are still being written and will be published in full before paid access goes live. Two points will be stated plainly in them, and are worth knowing now:
Supace is a tool, not a permission. You are responsible for following the rules and conditions of your own employer, interviewer or assessment platform. We provide software; deciding where it is appropriate to use it is your call.
Unlimited plans are for personal use. One account, one person. Account sharing and commercial resale aren't allowed — that's the only restriction behind the word "unlimited", and we'd rather say it here than bury it.
